Perfect Game released their first top 25 rankings for Summer Collegiate teams on Wednesday. Perfect Game, a scouting company out of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, ranks the top 25 summer collegiate teams every couple of weeks. This edition of the top 25 features two Alaska Baseball League teams. The Peninsula Oilers check in at number 15 while the Matsu Miners are the first team mentioned in the others receiving considerations list.
